Forensic Economics is a consulting firm founded in 1989 that specializes in financial and economic analyses and assessing damages arising from litigation. We have provided litigation support for prominent economic experts in numerous trials, arbitration proceedings, settlement discussions and regulatory hearings.  Forensic Economics does not mark-up outside experts’ hourly fees.  We have achieved success in many cases for over 19 years, including major securities litigation cases such as Cendant and WorldCom, in contract cases such as Disney v. Katzenberg, and in a number of appraisal cases in the Delaware Chancery Court.  We have proven ourselves to be a resourceful, creative, reliable, and effective.

Our specialization centers on using sound financial-economic techniques and statistical models to value securities, businesses, and contracts for complex business disputes, securities litigation, disputes in tax court, and other business and legal purposes.  We focus exclusively on financial-economic analysis.
